Yes. However, firearms purchased online must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area for pickup and transfer.

All firearm and ammunition sales are final. If there is a defect or issue, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve it.

Can I purchase a gun from your shop if i live out of state?

If purchasing a handgun, you must be a Florida resident. If you are a non resident, the handgun will need to be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your state of residency to take possession of the firearm there.

If purchasing a Long gun (rifle/shotgun), a non-resident can purchase a rifle or shotgun provided the sale complies with the purchaser’s residency state laws.
